Supplement and or diet – what’s best?

A balanced diet is the cornerstone to good health and vitality. In our current times and polluted environments this is virtually impossible to achieve with diet alone. The demands of our personal and professional lives, of family and home, the stresses of wifi, mobile phones, computers and constant communication mean that we are using up our resources to nourish cleanse and protect ourselves more than ever before. This is only made worse by current farming practices that leech the soils of essential nutrients.
We used to be able to get what we needed from a healthy balanced diet. In my opinion this is no longer possible for the majority of us. This is why I use foodstate nutrients for myself, for my family, for my team and for all my patients, because they are better absorbed and assimilated than the majority on the market. I notice the difference every day.
