A trace mineral essential for the production of haemoglobin, vital for healthy red blood cells. We are unable to produce iron ourselves and therefore need to consume it in our diet and nutrient supplementation.
Normally iron is given in the Ferrous sulphate form which can give rise to nausea, constipation, and queasiness in people, especially women. It also leads to the destruction of vitamin E which is a vital antioxidant for the health of many metabolic reactions in the body. This is because it is not in the organic food state form. None of these problems occur with this formulation.
